Ronald J. Touchette, Managing Broker, CEO

Ron began his real estate career as a licensed real estate agent/business broker with the Packard Group in 1989. He left the Packard Group in 1990 to pursue other business management interests, but continued to serve as a real estate consultant/analyst from 1990-2002. In 2002 Ron reinstated his real estate license concentrating on residential, investment, and commercial real estate with Premier Real Estate.

Ron became a real estate broker in 2004 and founded ROCK SOLID Realty MN, LLC.  In 2005 the ROCK SOLID brokerage absorbed the operations of Premier Real Estate; and in 2006 expanded real estate operations to include a brokerage in south Florida. Today, ROCK SOLID Companies represent over $30M of property annually and is one of the most active brokerages in central Minnesota, with a concentration on the Minneapolis/St. Paul greater metropolitan area.

In addition to his corporate leadership Ron serves on many civic committees and boards, including the YMCA of Metropolitan Minneapolis General Board of Directors, Founding member & immediate past Board Chair of the Elk River YMCA, President and Commissioner Elk River Economic Development Authority & Energy City Commission. Ron actively cultivates his extensive professional network and community presence, determined to make a difference through community service endeavors benefiting Seniors, Kids & Families!

Ron has been married for 26 years to his sweetheart Lori. They have two adult sons and live in Elk River, with a home in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Jane Moore, Licensed Broker Assistant to Ron Touchette
Jane began her real estate career as an independent residential assistant was soon doing support work for several agents. The team environment evolved to a full time office administrator position where she became responsible for keeping the small—but busy—office up and running.

In 2007 Jane focused her sights on commercial real estate. She learned the ropes as a lease and marketing administrator, and worked her way up to property management. Jane joined the ROCK SOLID team as Ron Touchette's licensed assistant in 2010.

Prior to working in real estate, Jane spent time as a stay at home mom, a wine seller and sold cars. The common thread in her multifacted career is customer service. She focuses on listening to what people really say in order to learn what they want. Her goal is to stay at least one step ahead in order to provide exceptional personal service. Chances are she'll have the answer to a question even before it gets asked!

Jane grew up in Madison, Wisconsin but lived much of her life in Colorado. She is married and has four grown children.

DeLayne Muelhbauer, Executive Assistant
DeLayne has been in real estate since 1982 when she entered the industry as an administrative front desk person. She worked her way up the ranks and became Sr. Administrator for a large Real Estate Company in 1993. Through the course of her career, DeLayne has developed office systems and procedures, trained administrative staff in other.r Real Estate offices, and managed other.r administrators and staff.

In adition to her responsibilities on the job, DeLayne is an active member of the real estate community-at-large. She spearheaded, chaired, and then co-chaired what became the annual Staff Appreciation Day for the Anoka County Association of Realtors. She also developed and co-chaired fundraisers for the Anoka County Toys for Joy program.

DeLayne joined ROCK SOLID as an executive assistant in 2005. Her passion to help and assist everyone with whom she comes in contact epitomizes the ROCK SOLID philosophy of exceptional personal service.

Jennifer Wohlers, Management Accounting Specialist
After 22 years as an automotive accounting specialist, Jenni began applying her expertise to a new industry—real estate. She now specializes in property management accounting because she enjoys working with the variety of challenges keeping track of multiple properties presents. Jenni joined the ROCK SOLID team as a management accounting specialist in 2010.

When she isn't crunching numbers Jenni is an active member of the Otsego community where she lives with her two daughters. The girls are talented dance students with plans to compete nationally, so Jenni spends a lot of time helping out at the dance studio.

Jenni's exceptional personal service philosophy is simple; treat people how you want to be treated and SMILE! No matter how busy she gets or how much she has going on, she starts every day with a hug for her daughters and walks into the office with a smile on her face.

Community Involvement: Jenni works with a non-profit group during the TWINS season. If you're ever at a game, you just might find her serving up your peanuts and Cracker Jacks^®!
