Jeff LaFavre, Integrust Advisory Group, LLC
Jeff LaFavre is President of Integrust Advisory Group, LLC, a company he founded in 2009. Prior to this Jeff was Managing Principal of the Minnesota operations for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker from 2004-2009. Before joining Colliers, Jeff was co-founder and Vice President of the Northmarq Corporate Services Division in 1994. Jeff began his commercial real estate career in 1989 with the Trammell Crow Company.

Jeff has an MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He has also earned the Certified Commercial Real Estate (CCIM) certification, the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) certification and the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) designation which recognizes the top ten percent of all commercial realtors. Jeff is the only commercial real estate realtor in Minnesota with these three designations.

Ian McRoberts is principal and owner of McRoberts Real Estate, LLC (MRE) a real estate consulting and transaction services firm. MRE consulting engagements focus on financial analysis (development and investment), project management, site location analysis using geographic information systems (GIS) and other.r real estate advisory services. In the area of brokerage, MRE specializes in the medical office, office and retail market segments in both for lease and for sale transactions.

Ian began his real estate career in 1997 with McComb Group, Ltd. as a consultant/analyst. After completing the MBA program at the University of Minnesota Carlson School he became Director of Leasing for Anxon Inc., managing a 400,000 square foot portfolio of retail and office space. Mr. McRoberts started McRoberts Real Estate in 2005.
